Hello, I’m Mandi (she/her)

A brown-haired woman who is a pelvic floor physical therapist is smiling, wearing a ring with female anatomy depicted. She is sitting in front of greenery in Tacoma, Washington with a friendly, passionate smile that is welcoming and sensitive.

I am an expert Pelvic Health Physical Therapist dedicated to working collaboratively with you live your healthiest, fullest life without pelvic pain, leakage, and other symptoms related to pelvic floor dysfunction. Whether that means caring for your kids, lifting heavy at the gym, being far away from a bathroom, or enjoying intimacy with your partner, my goal is to support you in doing the things you love—without limitations.

My passion lies in supporting individuals through all stages of adult life, from those navigating pelvic pain or fertility challenges, through pregnancy and postpartum, and into the wisdom of perimenopause & menopause. So much of pelvic & women’s health remains a mystery in our culture and even medical system; I strive to educate and empower my patients to understand their bodies in a new way—often for the first time in their life.

In my practice, I integrate the evidence-based training I received in Western medicine with a trauma-informed, holistic and intuitive approach developed through thousands of hours working with individuals. I incorporate Holistic Pelvic Care™, a method focused on addressing both the physical and energetic imbalances in the pelvic region. You can learn more about this approach at wildfeminine.com.

I approach care with a trauma-informed lens, understanding that our bodies and nervous systems hold trauma, even when we aren’t aware of it. Pelvic floor work is intimate; I honor each person’s experience and move at their individual pace without my own agenda.

As a white, cis-gender, queer woman who is able-bodied and straight-sized, I strive to create a welcoming, inclusive space for people of all races, genders, and abilities. Body size or weight is never a focus in my clinic, and you will never be told that your body size is the cause of your symptoms. My practice is built on respect, care, and compassion for all bodies.
