These terms apply to your use of www.thresholdspelvichealth.com (the "site"), operated by Dr. Mandi Murtaugh PLLC, doing business as Thresholds Pelvic Health ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Educational information, not medical advice

The articles, videos, and other content on this site are for general education. They are not a substitute for an individual evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified provider. Every body is different, and what is right for one person may not be right for another.

Reading the site, contacting us, or signing up for our newsletter does not create a patient–provider relationship. That relationship begins only after you complete intake and attend your first appointment.

Appointments and payment

We are a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance. Current rates, our cancellation policy, and payment terms are shared when you book and in your intake paperwork; those policies govern your care. Prices and offerings listed on the site may change without notice.

If you book through our online scheduling system, you also agree to that platform's terms of use.

Our content

The text, photos, graphics, logos, and program names on this site, including our treatment framework, belong to Thresholds Pelvic Health or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, share links to, and print pages for your own personal use. Please do not copy, republish, sell, or use our content to create your own programs or materials without written permission.
